Los Rios Garden Angels
Los Rios Park in San Juan Capistrano is home to a certified Butterfly Garden in Orange County and features expansive, scenic grounds filled with native plant gardens, winding trails, and peaceful gathering spaces. This beautiful park serves as the backdrop for Goin Native’s programs, enriching people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities through meaningful connection with nature.
On weekends, guests also have the opportunity to tour the historic Montañez Adobe and learn about Polonia Montañez, San Juan Capistrano’s first medicine woman.
Join us at the park, bring gloves and wear closed-toed shoes. No experience required. If it’s your first time to volunteer with us, please bring a filled-out copy of the city’s volunteer application.
