It's Time to Plant CA Natives

?California Native Plants GovernorJerry Brown announced last month for Californians to reduce their water use by 20%. You can start by reducing some or all of your lawn by adding drought tolerant plants such as California Natives.Nativeslove to beplantedin the rainy season, cool nights and warm days. We've gotten some much needed rain recently use this time to rethink our landscape. Take a stroll through the Los Rios Park in San Juan Capistrano , grab acoffeefrom Hidden House Coffee and meander the DG pathways for CA native color.Ceanothus and poppies are in bloom close to the Montanez Adobe.To observe the Monarch habitat within the park, get a table from Ramos House Cafe or Hummingbird Cafe to watch the butterflies dance between the flowers and Sycamore trees.
