DROUGHT: Eastern water district orders 70 percent cuts to irrigation

Even with the recent rain that we've had, California is still in the midst of a severe drought.  With the drought comes restrictions on watering.  Riverside County's Eastern Municipal Water District has taken to some pretty drastic cuts because of a lack of buy-in by residents.  As Janet Zimmerman of The Press Enterprise details, they are looking for a 70% cut in residential irrigation.  Wanting to avoid fines, the EMWD, is really looking for its residents to begin buying in and conserving.  Check out the full story below...
