Even with the recent rain that we've had, California is still in the midst of a severe drought. With the drought comes restrictions on watering. Riverside County's Eastern Municipal Water District has taken to some pretty drastic cuts because of a lack of buy-in by residents. As Janet Zimmerman of The Press Enterprise details, they are looking for a 70% cut in residential irrigation.
