Here on the blog, we've talked about cover crops a couple times already. Those discussions have usually been in the context of your personal plot of land. But what works on a small backyard plot can often be extrapolated to a larger example. In this case, field of study is the large-scale agriculture business. Stephanie Strom over at the New York Times recently looked at the revolution taking place within the US Agriculture business.
